Alaska Statehood Celebration Event
May 28, 2008 marks the 50th Anniversary of the Alaska Statehood bill passing the U.S. House of Representatives.
Fairbanks has been asked by the Alaska Statehood Commission to commemorate this significant historic anniversary.
These are the tentative plans to date for a week-long celebration:
